    Do you ship worldwide?

     Absolutely! We server customers from all over the world. In order for us to do so without any hiccups, please make sure that all of your checkout information is entered correctly.

    How long will it take to receive my order?

    Order processing takes 1-5 business days before shipment. 

    Once your item/s is dispatched, estimated delivery time is:

    USA:                      8-14 business days
    UK:                        8-15 business days
    Australia:               8-15 business days
    Canada:                8-15 business days
    Europe:                 8-15 business days
    Rest of world: 25-35 business days

    Where is my order being shipped from?

    The products we offer are made and shipped from all over the world, including the US, Europe, Russia and Asia. This allows us to offer great prices, while ensuring the highest level of quality.

    How can I cancel my order?

    Our items are shipped out sometimes the next business day, so you will need to contact us E-Mail - support@fortythreeusa.com

    We can not accept cancellations once your order has started its shipping process 24 hours after the purchase. Please still contact us, we will do our best to help you out.

    My order hasn't arrived. I think it's lost?

     If you think your order has been delayed or lost in the post please contact us  and we will start an investigation with the courier. Unfortunately we cannot resend your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation. We will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.

    The Product(s) I received are damaged, what should I do?

     If you have received a damaged or not as described item upon delivery, please Contact Us immediately so we can resolve the problem. Also visit our Refund Policy to find out if you are eligible for a refund.

    I need to change my order, who can help me with this?

     If you want to edit or change your order please notify us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page. Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we cannot make any changes or cancellation (24 hours after the order).
